Looking Glass Books (Monday Night Feb 16th)

Another well-attended workshop--14 in our group with Kathy facilitating, and another group running in the next room with at least that many! Only two of the people writing alongside me had ever attended a Write Around Portland event before. It made me happy to think of new people being exposed to the wonder of it all.

For me, the most delightful prompt was the "6-word autobiography." What an exercise in compression! I came up with two:

"Out. Look around. Protest. Back in"

"Say no. Regret it. Say yes."
